All care has been taken in the making of our products. For safety reasons we advise you to remove bibs and headbands before putting your little one down for a nap. This helps prevent choking hazards and ensures bibs cannot cover their face while sleeping. Please supervise infants and children under three while wearing our products.
All pricing that appears on our website is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Pricing is subject to change at any time and without notice.
We use PayPal as a payment method on our website as it is one of the safest options. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout and pay with PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Payment can be made via Paypal or Credit Card. We are not responsible for any fees passed on by your bank. Payment details are private and only held by the bank or institution processing the sale on our behalf.
Our products are ready to post within 3 business days. Longer processing times may occur over public holidays, during sales or product launches.
Please note no responsibility for delays can be taken once your parcel is with Australia Post. Allow up to 10 business days for domestic and 28 business days for international standard delivery. Delays may occur over public holidays and during school holidays.
Ensure your postal and contact details are correct at the time of ordering. We are not accountable for any unclaimed parcels due to errors made by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us we will be happy to repost at the customer's expense.
Returns + Exchanges
Please note that returns will not be accepted for change of mind or if you order the wrong size. Please choose carefully and check your order before finalising. All information regarding our sizes can be found under each product listing. If there is a fault with your product, we will happily exchange it (stock permitting) or offer a store credit as well as include return postage. Please contact us first via email (email@example.com) so that we may assist further. Returned product must be in the condition in which it was purchased - unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and with any tags still attached. We will inspect all product before issuing an exchange/store credit.
