Postage and Handling / Shipping Policy
Our products are ready to post within 5 business days. Longer processing times may occur over public holidays.
Selecting Express post at checkout does not speed up our processing time. Express post solely refers to the method in which your order is posted. Please keep in mind that we are located outside of the 'overnight guarantee' zone so parcels will take 2+ days to arrive.
We are only accountable for the time it takes us to hand over your parcel to Australia Post. Any delays once handed over are the responsibility of Australia Post.
If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to check first. We will do our best to accommodate rush orders where possible but cannot guarantee it.
Please ensure you have entered the correct postage details at checkout. We address your orders as we see it written. It is your responsibility to ensure they are correct.
We are more than happy to combine orders. Additional orders must be placed within 24 hours of the first order to qualify. Once you have placed your orders, please email us, email@example.com, with your order numbers. We will note these and refund any applicable postage costs. If your combined order total is over $50, you will qualify for free shipping and all postage costs will be refunded.
Postage refunds will be processed as we fulfil your orders. You will receive an email notification with any applicable refund amount at this time.
If your order has already been handed over to Australia Post, or you fail to email us the details, we will not be able to combine your orders.
All orders are posted with Australia Post. At checkout you will have the option of selecting standard or express postage. Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free standard postage.
Orders that are $14 or under have the option of selecting a $2.50 untracked postage option. All orders above that value will be posted with tracking and the tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Our $5 large letter rate includes signature on delivery. This means you will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives. If you would prefer not to sign for your order, you will need to select our $7 tracked parcel option. Please keep in mind that some orders that qualify for free shipping may require a signature on delivery.
It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.
If your parcel is returned to us as it has not been collected, we will be happy to post the parcel again at your expense. We are not held responsible for parcels that are not collected.
If your parcel has been lost during transit please contact Australia Post on 13POST. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and a customer enquiry will be lodged.
We post internationally to New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Please note that this form of postage is Air Mail only (no tracking). Rose and Thea will not be held responsible for extra government taxes & charges that may be issued upon arrival into your country. These charges will be additional charges, responsible by the package receiver. We will not send overseas packages marked as 'gift' as this is a form of fraud.
